If Williams had Haddix's confidence, he'd be playing on the same level as, or higher than, Haddix. There's a reason he came in so highly rated. It's that he's got talent. He just hasn't got the confidence yet to effectively use it. It will come with experience. In the meantime, I agree, he shouldn't be getting a lot of time. Just too many mistakes and fouls.
