The next time Siena gets a 14 point lead, here is what they need to do:

Pretend like the game just started. If they pretend that the score is zero to zero, they can focus on building another lead. This way, by the time they look at the real scoreboard it will be a 28 point lead with less chance to blow it even if they try.

You simply can not build a 14 point lead in the first 10 minutes of a game and think that the game is over.
