I believe Siena's play typifies a young team--sky high with a "can do" attitude one day and flat on the canvas the next, and for no apprarent reason.

However, I do see the level of play improving and the inexplainable incidi of poor play becoming less and less frequent. It is clear to me that Siena is headed in the right direction. Actally I thought the turning point came at Niagara. We played well, you were on the road and we had the ball in a last possession game....and you guys won. Wins like that become bonding agents and have multiple impact on team play and chemistry.

I also believe it is important for Siena to re-group for Rider and rebuild team confidence.
