it's not all sunshine in Loudonville..............all we are looking for here is Lanier to grow into the coaching position..........and again, alot of the stuff I point to does not TAKE YEARS of seasoning behind the bench to figure out.........you have to re-act and adjust as to what is taking place during the game.............at times, we have not seen that from Rob & the staff.........that is a reality!!!!!!
