Subject: A couple of thoughts on tonights game

1) This is a game the Saints would of lost last year. Dwayne would of felt the need to "take over" and the Saints would of gotten away from what got them to the last couple of minutes close. Instead, Prosper hits 3 and some foul shots, Tommy hits a huge 3 and Haddix hits two clutch free throws in the one and one. You had your three "best" players making plays at the end of the game. That's what good teams do.

2) How about both Justin and Brent having slams dunks. Nice to see some aggressiveness and confidence from both!!!

3) Was it just me (and my wife) or was it difficult to tell if Robert Lee was a Siena announcer or a Niagara one? He seemed to get more excited about Niagara's great plays then he did about Siena's.

4) Huge game Thursday, let's hope the Saints dont have a "we're happy to get one" attitude and come out with a lot of intensity against the Griffs. A win there would make the Saints 5-1 in the MAAC with 3 road wins. When you consider what they have left, 7 home MAAC games and road games at the bottom two (so far) teams left, the Saints will be well positioned for a top 4 finish.

5) I picked Niagara as my preseason # 1, in retrospect, because of their total lack of depth it was a poor choice, but I would have to agree with the General about one thing, their starting 5 is as good as any in the MAAC.

I love my 'Zaints, keep the focus until Thursday!!!!
