Subject: Ok how about this?

Since we all pretty much agree a new arena is out of the realm of possibilities

We saw off the top of the ARC, take out the bleachers and put in permanent seats with backs not only do we replace the bleachers we fill in the corners with the new chair backs. Around the new roof we build 20 or so luxury boxes, under the new seats we put concessions and men’s and ladies rooms. (similar to the way concessions and rest rooms are under seats at RPI’s Houston filed house.) Should be able to cram in 7,000 or so seats and then we’d only have to worry about parking. Instead of 50 million plus could probably do that for under what 15 million or so?

We could still use the Pepsi like we used to when we expect in excess of 8,000 fans or so, how many games a year would that happen 2 or 3 in the regular season plus MAAC tournament games

I’m not an engineer am I close on the price and is it even possible, I don’t know?
Anybody have any idea?
