This was just a downright awful game.

The only positive i brought out of this game was Jackson. Not sure who mentioned a coming out party for him but i think tonight was the night.

After the first 3 or 4 minutes of turnovers to start the second half Coach Lanier sent him in and he did an admiral job. The only issue i had with him was once he broke the press he felt the need to take the ball all the way to the hoop. He had a couple charges cause of that as well as a couple out of control shots.

Other than that nothing went well.

Mitchell shot like he did freshman year. He missed the rim numerous times. Andrews and Prosper didnt make it to the gym till there was 4 minutes left and they were down by 15.

Haddix and Miller were so-so in the post. Brent did nothing offensively and all 3 stunk up the joint on defense, although the whole team was bad in that area.

Williams needs to learn how to catch the ball in the post. He has a terrible set of hands.

Refs stunk up the joint the whole game for both teams. I particularly liked the Siena fans leading the "I'm blind, I'm deaf, I wanna be a Ref!" cheer.

Other than that i enjoyed my night of groaning amongst a sea of Manhattan fans.
