Subject: Breaking the press

Been gone all day and read all the stuff about breaking the press. Based on what I saw last night, they just coulnd't execute. I don't want to use the word blame because everyone is doing their best, but Mitchell had the most problems.

It looked like Lanier want to break the press and hit some spot up 3s in transition. Andrews hit one of those early, and we had a few more looks like that but the shooters didn't let it fly

Manhattan used a straight man to man, and sometimes trapped out of it.

Jackson broke the press with no problems, but as sone one else pointed out he then tried to drive all the way to the basket and then turned it over.

We were most effective against the press with Jordan and Jackson. Lanier had an effecitve 3 or 4 guard lineup on the court that looked like it was going to creat some problems just then, prosper picked up his 4th foule, but based on what i saw last night, Jackson is the answer against the press.
