So how can we learn about the effects of the use of ccnt-oil? I am still wondering what our research and technology institutes are meant to do? Shouldn't they be doing something about these things? What happened to appropriate technology in Unitech? Is it still existing? If technology/industrial or applied research is missing in PNG, I think we will continue to undermind our ability to create useful technology that can have commercial value, if not for export, at least for internal comsumption.
