The so-called director general of the higher education office in Papua New Guinea is one of the most primitive, unimaginative, corrupt ceo that the office of higher education has ever had. He came into office by the political backdoor and demonstrates ridiculously simplistic, illogical broken record play back speeches every time he is asked to say something in public forums.

Is the country so deplete of sophisticated, intellectual, academic leaders in the system to call on people off the street who know nothing about the complexities of higher education?

Please PNG!!!
