I think that (corruption in institutions) is an issue also for this forum. It seems there's no restriction to the scope of issues related to education and development, noting the description of this page above.

If an institution (public or private) has been established under any kind of charter, I guess there'd be some inclusion of checks and balances built into the operation of that institution emanating from the charter. The checks and balances may include legal and financial accountability, or whatever other accountability areas to cover appropriate to the requirements of that institution.
I am not sure what you're refering to when you ask how you can do it (what?) better.

I would want to know what kind of corruption, dealing with money? sex? abuse of power? police control over private student information? other immoral acts? for example, like the US President's predicaments? If it is happening, in our schools there should be investigations and those involved prosecuted or whatever else is legal to do.

I've seen a little of what you have in the other forum and have asked whether you have any comments related to the institution you've referred to, on an article by Kevin Pamba of the National... Is an education of value taking place as related by Kevin?

May we also ask, if because of the transgression of the head of the country (sex, lies, collusion with foreign elements, campaign finance, Whitewater, Kenneth Star report, etc..), whether any kind of education of value is taking place in the country (US)?

This however should not excuse us in PNG to do something about our own problems. I guess our situation would be more pronounced because of lack of resources whereas, in your country, you have all the resources to calm the storm into a riple.

I guess you have solutions or suggestions for us we'll be glad to consider if they are within our means and if it's not shoved down our throats from "I know it all" attitude people. We've accepted patronizing by outside "those who know" [pasinjah] for a long time, we are used to it. Another of those will not hurt I guess.

That's my tingting.
