Anyone able to offer us advice/support/guidance?
I fell in love with a man I met on the internet last year, I live in the UK and he lived in Australia. He arrived in the UK some months ago under the no visa entry agreement between our two countries and we are due to be married in three days' time. At present we have approximately two months left before he is supposed to return to Australia. He is not looking to obtain permanent residency in the UK as we intend to move to Australia to live, however we anticipate that this may well take at least a year to organise. We are trying to find information/advice regarding which visa applications need to be made so that he can extend his period of stay here as my spouse and also to enable him to work during this period.
