Predictable path ... the coach will be on the short list for a bunch of D1 jobs (not "big" but definitely a step up from SP) and once he leaves, recruiting goes with him. The run will be good for the school's publicity but ultimately, it's a 12-loss team that had a historic run over a couple weeks ... so from a program-standpoint, they might get more looks from 3/4-star recruits but nothing that changes SP's basketball trajectory too much. And if the coach leaves, it's actually negative.

Yes. I wouldnt have said it if NU had done it because GP wouldnt be a jackass and said we could beat UNC and would have enough class to compliment UNC.

Yeah, the coaches get offers. If you have a stiffy for Holloway, keep it about him. Has nothing to do with the great accomplishments of his team.

Team flaunted BLM throughout the tourney. I think being political in sports is classless no matter what your view is . Keep it to another venue.

Sports should remain apolitical on the court.

Being political in sports is here to stay. It's on the back of every helmet in the NFL. Every one. Now you are switching your focus to something else. You seem to have a lot on your plate here besides a basketball game.

And there it is...was obvious from the start that your criticism of Hollaway had nothing to do with basketball.

Not to do with his success as a coach. Had to do with attitude. So you are right. But I never said he was a bad coach.
