I would suspect it will since all the teams in it are not desirable to other conferences as it relates to brand name, money, etc.

The biggest question is will these smaller conferences be able to get any time on TV in any sport at any time?

I know the landscape is dicey out there but the MAAC and Niagara will be fine for the foreseeable future. I don't expect any problems like the PAC 12 is experiencing.
