The question is whether it is worth even recruiting HS kids anymore with the portal. This is certainly the opposite of what we saw the last 2 years. The view of some is that HS recruits are more of a risk because of their younger age and skill levels, especially at the Mid level. If they are Real good, they will just transfer after 2 years for a higher level program for the NIL money.
This situation sucks but it is the life of a mid level program.

Apparently GP is undecided whether it's worthwhile to recruit HS athletes because he's doing just that while at the same time working the portal hard....probably the best strategy he could follow.
