There are actually a lot of sites where you can buy a fully finished lowrider bike, brand new. Most of them are quite reasonable, and one site even has 26" lowriders that are easier for adults to ride. They look the same as the 20 inch models, but bigger. Some cool stuff out there. Good luck!
