Simply cannot allow the pathetic message to be on top. Sadly, however, I can not do much better at the moment. My mind is on a letter to a certain Judge who would not allow me to speak in court with a speech I prepared on a summer day when my child was not in school and had to be with us in court, but requested I send my speech to him in a letter form and he will make copies and distribute them to all of the lawyers for me so I can 'save the stamps' and not have ex parte communication. What a guy! Just cut off my tongue in front of my child to spare all the 'criminals' any embarrassment for what they have done and are continuing doing and not allow my son to see and hear me stand up for him and his father. I have been working on this letter since that court date in July when my child was present in court and I wished to tell the Judge my thoughts with my child present, at that time, but of course, it was not convenient for him. Since then, I wrote the letter and it was 42 pages long, with 24 attachments and exhibits. Now the letter is 3 pages long and I still haven't sent it. Of course, he has NOT asked for it either, and there have been at least 6 court dates since then. Somehow it seems pointless. I wonder...Don't even ask me about the 'lawyers' and how they can actually call themselves that. I thought lawyers upheld the law, not exploited it, silly me. Are the Judges any better? We shall see. Five years in probate court, at least 72 appearances before this Judge and many appearances before others in relating cases, trusts going through probate court, being used to pay ATTORNEY FEES! no headstones on the dead loved ones, no wonder I don't sleep at night and can't get The Peace Tapes out. Sorry World. Question, how do those crooks and schemers sleep at night?????????????????? The "Trial" is November 16, 2006. All are welcome, 18th floor, Daley Center, Chicago, 11:15 a.m. room 1801, be there or be square, it's a 20 million dollar party and the dead people are paying for it instead of letting it be inherited by the rightful heirs, so let's party in court with their money while they lay dead in their graves with no headstones, did I mention the crooks even are trying to steal cemetary plots? The crook actually told my husband there was only one grave left in the family plot. We found out there are four (4) graves still in the family plot! And my poor husband was going to be cremated. DISGUSTING!!!!!! There is nothing low enough for them. Maybe HELL will be.
