Subject: Dave Vincent

Some fey mood made me google "MSU Tolkien Fellowship" today and I found Dave's memorial page. Dave roomed with my husband Mark Carson at MSU. At one point, Dave dated my roommate. We were all members of the MSU Tolkien Fellowship '74-'78. I probably have one or two photos of him dating to that era.

Strange to see how Dave got involved in his church's life. Mark and I have also been active in our church (council members, etc) as unlikely as that may have seemed back in out college days.

It's sad to hear about old friends this way.
