How nice to have a daddy that can cook as well as your daddy can, must be so wonderful to have grown up with such wonderful parents. I think your dad is a gem and just love him :-))

I've also wondered where everyone is these days, thinking about how PattyW, Chris and June are doing??? Strange how a board is, you just meet someone and within a week or two you care about how they are doing. I think it should be like this with all people, isn't that what life is all about, caring and sharing?

How nice to get flowers, hope they grow for you, are neighbor through out a hanging basket with three different plants inside, going to cut them back and clean it up and bring it inside for the winter, might grow again next year.

It's big garbage pick up this week, and three of the neighbors have thrown out what they call junk and we think is VERY helpful, we got a bunch of those folding closet doors like we got from one of them last year, and made the nicest shelves for the storage room with, hoping to make a shelf to go UNDER these two livingroom windows so we have more room to start plants this coming spring. There was some clothesline and pullies and a white lounge chair for outside.

The work is over powering, have a few mild days to do a heck of a lot of work in. John just finished the back new garden area, and is planting the potatoes, we gave up a few more of the ones he wanted to eat so that we'd be able to plant more for next year. Had such good luck planting and mulching them last fall, we're doing the same thing this year. Also did the rat poison in the attic, those mice and rats are eating like crazy, sprung all the traps last night, NO catches though it did make a racket.

Also cleaning out the wood box today, that will be next job for John, I must get this dang column done, it's for Friday's paper instead of it's normal Monday place, as Monday is our Thanksgiving, so it's a special article for the holiday, think you'll enjoy reading what I'm making this holiday. That too is keeping me hopping.

BIG HUGS, love ya Sis, Anna May Did you get the letter about the worming advice?
