When I looked back over what I was doing last year at this time and compared to this year, I'm not doing much at all. Just trying to recover, barely keeping up with stuff online, cooking and basics, not like me at all, but considering my life these last forty years, did well to have lasted all these years.
We had some storms to the South of us last night, so did not get to bed too early, up a bit late at six this morning and I really had to rush to get the fire going and cooking done, needed a lot of things cooked today, also had three huge casseroles of rhubarb chopped, made crisp and baked it. Now John has a lot of dessert. We are expecting another full week of clouds, rain and storms things are really suffering from the lack of light. Getting quite frustrating. It did get very warm and humid for me and had to put the AC on, the clouds have saved us from using a lot of AC so far this year. Definately getting colder here. Good for my MS, but not for growing things.
