What a turn around from when banks were granting unsecured loans for millions. I am so sorry that well intentioned people as yourself are the ones being punished by the new rules.
My sister is a real estate appraiser and she lost a lot of business because she was ethical and wouldnt over value property.
A lot of the agents didnt want to work with her anymore... now the banks are calling her like crazy cuz they know she gives an honest evaluation.
