Wow, Karen, that's a great (and disturbing) story. I can't believe they put your loan through. I think those days are over, though. They are greedy f*&#$ers and don't care who they screw. My approval letter is from the guy I initially spoke with on the phone. His signature is typed, not signed. The other guy said that letter was just a formality but I think it should be binding. Round Three, here we go!
