No books on geology that I have read suggest any sudden ending of the last ice age. A quick search of the internet confirmes this. The ice retreated over several thousand years, starting well before the dates Paulsen associates with these lost continents, and finishing well after. Nor is it widely accepted that the Southern Hemisphere warmed earlier than the Northern Hemisphere. See this site for a discussion on this.

The biblical account of the flood suggests a disaster caused by persistent rains. I cannot see why you should claim that this in any way supports Paulsen's "memories".
