Food for imaginative speculations: There are north-south mid-oceanic ridges running more or less along the centers of both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, where the planet's crust upwells and pushes outward against the tectonic plates which the continents sit on. However, in the northern Pacific, north of about Mexico, that ridge has moved eastward relative to the center of the ocean, and according to my scientist wife, is now UNDERNEATH the North American continent. So the unfounded wild speculation is: maybe there was a Mu in the Pacific that slid below what's now the USA, all evidence buried?
My copy of the AY doesn't indicate whether that footnote in Chapter 26 referencing Atlantas & Lemuria was placed there by Master, or by later editors. Wish they were more careful about things like that!
