I am not questioning the value of kechari or the effectiveness of kriya as Yoganandaji taught it. I am questioning whether there has been a distortion in some of Yoganandaji's kriya teachings, i.e. the Ananda video which claims to show how to attain kechari, using kechari with kriya, etc. Are these things that were taught directly to Kriyananda by Paramahansaji or were they picked up elsewhere? Perhaps somebody from Ananda could shed some light on this?
