Or you might want to try calling Ananda at 1-800-424-1055 and see what they have to say, then you can let us know. I wasn't aware that they were teaching kechari in their materials. Judging by the title of the of booklet they are selling entitled, "Kechari Mudra Booklet for Non-Kriyabans" it appears that what they are teaching in the form of kechari can be used with or without kriya.
