I ask you to please tell me what experience one is supposed to have doing higher kriyas with Khechari and without Khechari.

And also please cover your experiences with and without Khechari if you would be so kind.

Does one not experience bliss doing higher Kriyas without Kehchari?

Does one not experience the inner light without Khechari and actually leave the body at times?

Does one not realize the truth of the self without Khechari?

Please enlighten me to these questions.
