Mike,
My previouis answer was an honest effort. Poise is a matter of experience between you, your Guru and Bhagavan. You undoubtedly will see this as an evasion tactic. But i am weary now of all of this discussion. I sincerely believe we all have much in common.

I am leaving on my flight early this week, and will not have access to a computer for a while once i am home. Tonite I begin packing and possibly will not participate on this discussion board before i depart. My friend here has been kind to put up with my time on his computer.
I sincerely believe that we all have much in common. I wish all here at this discussion group warm regards and much success.
