Devotion is in the direction of the mind.

Can develop love of grandeur of God, like astronomers do. Be able
to wonder at the vastness of God.

Devotion = acts of paying attention to God. Awareness of unity
with Him, and service, and meditation, all are forms of devotion.

Don't give (accord) too much power to karma. It is we who make
our own destinies.

Kriya yoga is a sure path to God. Kriya is eternally true like
law of mathematics. We take these things lightly, but the masters
were not talking lightly.

Each of us can play all the roles at different times of the day,
i.e. sudra (can't wonder, nothing reaches them), vasaya
(business, professional), kashatriya (warrior, political, legal),
brahmin (educator, religionist).

Best kriya is one done to best of your ability. Even if you feel
nothing, it works. ("The ego can not judge the progress of the soul!")

Master counseled kriya yogis to have lots of strenuous physical

O.K. to pray: "How do I get out of this? What's the right thing
to do? What's spiritual way to handle this?"

During "dry" times on the path, can dwell on idea that
God is cosmic love. Guru's waiting to help you. Talk to Master.
The guru takes personal care of each one of us.

Kriya puts you in attunement with guru. Our loyalty to him is
expressed by our efforts to practice meditation. Guru is your

Master doesn't expect us to overcome delusion, just to resist.
Make the effort. A bee makes 154 trips between the flower &
hive to produce one teaspoon of honey. The yogi should make many
trips to the hive of meditation.

Often people are seeking discipline of living guru, but if you
sit regularly & practice hong sau you get much of the
discipline you need.

Fickleness of mind is enemy. Meditation lets you rise above it.

Keep going, trying your best with what guru has given you. It
takes time but it's worth it. The more you meditate the more
you'll want to meditate. Get inside the spine. The spine is the
alter of God. How? Visualization/Sensation(currents)/Sounds (we
