Its hard to believe either India or Pakistan are even considering the use of nuclear weapons. This planet is populated by all of us and for any one nation to exercise such audacity as to use nuclear weapons is unthinkable. even the US has been guilty of this crime.
I think it should be as was said by someone that whichever nation uses nuclear weapons from now on is going to be fallen upon by other nations and taught a deep lesson...that you cant go around behaving in the world as though you own it. America also should conduct itself in this way and ensure all of its foreign policies are motivated by the highest humanitarian goals and not greed for oil etc etc.
