A contributer to this board once sent me an interesting link about Osho.

Osho, Bhagwan Rajneesh, and the Lost Truth

Whatever his qualities, he left a string of broken lives wherever he went.

He may have had some degree of spiritual power, but personally I would avoid someone like this.
