I agree. But hodge podge can also serve as sufficient food provided the one who created the hodge podge had some taste. And of those who eat there are few who take the labor to prepare always refined meals.

A French chef won't mention or even know of this product. In the supermarkets however, the hodge podge will be advertised as unique and nonpareille.

Let everyone follow his own sense of taste.
