Yes it can: A change from an observable state to an unobservable state can be observed – it will simply look like the observable is vanishing. But the oxygen atoms don’t vanish – they bind to carbon molecules, with the resulting CO2 molecules being exhaled. I addressed this issue in my initial post.*

As far as oxygen to energy:
Yes, but please consider that your understanding may not be what he was trying to explain. The process and a multideminsional transmutation can not be observed by you if your perception does not make the change as well.

Read it and am convinced that it is a series of points you tried to make of a subject that you do not understand. Like I explained before, he is not talking about a three deminsional experience. The reason I say this is because of his inclusion of the term "Dream Breath", which I pointed out to you soon after your initial post. I suppose that you left that part of the quote out purposefully only because you did not realize its importance.
