Ghosts, goblins, and succubi are seen by many people, same as UFOs, so they exist. The question is what they are not whether they exist.

I came into contact with a succubus myself once, though I can not definitely say what it was, surely not my imagination. Whether such phenomena exist for themselves or are manifestations of desires or thoughts of an individual or the mass mind I can't say.

About the flying reindeer we can discuss though...

Skepticism is good as an antidote to blind belief, but if it becomes a predominant trait it can be same as deluding. The intellect can block out evidence same as effective as imagination makes it up.
