So as we all know by now Gabby is our rep. and hats off to her. She will have to work her as# off to place but my gosh, we are realistically competing for a top 15 spot at a beauty pageant (and not a modelling gig like last year's local final). I can't wait to see what the national costume will be like. Will Brazil or T&T show off who has the better Carnival costume designers?

The big smile on my face however is not because of Gabby. I am officially, for the first time, going to classfy a local delegate as an "UNSTOPPABLE BEAUTY"- I am in fact speaking about Shanequa. No one, that includes Gabby, came close in SS or gown. I absolutely have to say that although she is certainly does not resemble Wendy, she is the 21st century upgrade of Wendy with better boobs. WHEN, and I do mean WHEN, SHANEQUA gets to MISS WORLD/MISS UNIVERSE NEXT YEAR, NO WAY IS SHE OUT OF THE TOP 3 IN SS AND GOWN. I DON'T CARE WHO TURNS UP - SHE IS TOP 3 IN BEAUTY. I really hope she is prepped over the next few months with Gabby for a 2012 win at MWTT 2012 as I think Mrs Morley and the Miss World organization will see her as a top contender for the crown. I am already predicting that she could win both the Beach Beauty and Top Model awards (a feat no woman has done before). The women who I though were unstoppable when I saw them on video, all eventually went on to win their respective competitions, namely Natalie Globeva (Canada, MU 2005), Zhang Zilin (China, Miss World 2007) and Knesia Sukhinova(Russia, Miss World 2008).

I can't wait to see Shenequa at MISS WORLD 2012. This young lady could win either MW or MU. I cannot express how excited I am about the 2012 pageant season - 2012 will be Shanequa's year to blow the international competition out of the water.

SS competition:
-hated the SS because I wanted to see the ladies not a set of fabric all over the place.
-Greer looked extremely petite and was literally swallowed whole by the SS...for a minute I thought they just cut off the bottom of her gown...LOL! What a pity!
- only 3 stood out: Miss Unstoppable herself Shanequa was my pick for most beautiful body (no one came close), 2nd Gabby and 3rd Kristy St. Rose

Gown Competition:
-relieved to see the gowns were totally different from those posted on the website
-only 2 interesed me: Shanequa (absolutely stunning and beautiful, like Wendy at MU1998),and in second place Gabby.
-Greer looked good but really petite
-I hated Kristy's gown- this was absolutely not a competition because the gown actually make her look fat. Someone needs to burn that gown.

My top 3: Truthfully, I did not care either way who was the 3rd person once Shanequa and Gabby were there.
I was shocked when I heard LaTisha named as one of the final 3 (absolutely wonderful personality but I think we all know she could do nothing at MU).

-Again, looking at Shanequa and Gabby. I did not know who could win. Shanequa has a beautiful voice and even though she was very nervous and gave a poorly constructed answer, I could tell she has a brain.
-Truthfully, Shanequa could have won this and I would be celebrating big time. However, realistically I want her to be in top form for an international competition and 12 weeks is simply not enough time.
-I am so happy Gabby won but I cannot help but focus on Shanequa because she is just that good. God willing, this young lady is going to rock the international pageant scene to its foundations in 2012.
