Here are my top pics: TOP PICK FOR THE CROWN: 1.CHINA (I know, everyone has USA as their #1 pick) Other potential winners: 2.USA 3. Puerto Rico 4. Angola Expecting a top 8 finish but I would not be surprised to see her in the top 4: Miss T&T Gabrielle Walcott Top 16: Brazil will be there but she is not in contention for the MU title. Big hits for others but I really doubt these ladies' competitiveness: Venezuela, Malaysia, Bahamas [out of these I think Malaysia will make it if she nails the EG segment since we all know she has a brain based on her top 10 placement at MW2007. Truth be told, I don't ever recall Venezuela missing the cut 2 years in a row but I certainly would not call this year's MV a beauty. As pertains to Bahamas, I have no idea why people have her in their top 16. Maybe she will look better by the time she arrives in Brazil] Growing on me: Mexico, Ghana, Curacao On an aside, there are only a couple of months for MW. The only concern I have with LeeAnn currently is her hair. Just like on MWTT final night, it seems her hair has a mind of its own at times. However, we all know about 5 spots are chosen by the MUorg and I am expecting Egypt and Bahamas (recent host of the pageant) to take 2 of those spots. For now, I just don't see a top 15 competitor for the MU prelims. Miss Brazil is competitive enough this year to slip into the top 15 on merit but if on the off chance she fails to place on merit then one of these 5 spots will go to her.
