Considering I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how the top 30 will be chosen (leaderboard? prelim competition?) I have to say I don't know how the heck to make any prediction I will have alot of confidence in but from what I have seen I think Venezuela, Spain or N. Ireland will win. I also hope Albania make it to the top 15 at least because she looks fantastic. I actually like the Phillipines' rep this year unlike their last 2 MU finalists. I think Philippines will be top 5 and Queen of Asia/Oceana.

It is already obvious that Ms. Morley has chosen PR as the best from the Caribbean but I personally find her boring to look at. For me T&T is still the best regionally and I am hoping Cayman Is. pulls a surprise placement. If polititics reckon heavily then Jamaica will place but I think Barbados is wayy... better. The African countries have very poor reps. this year but if there is a top 30 Ms. Morley will at least place 2 so I will just say Zimbabwe will place because she did well in the fast tracks.

Others who I think will place: USA, Sweden, England, Russia, Paraguay (great SS body).
