I`ve been thinking about all our queens, and in terms of final night styling who got it right 100 percent. And the one person in my view who was flawless from top to bottom (hair dress accessories) was Kenisha. That look was perfection. "nd would be Maggie (I would just grab a pair of scissors and cut some of that fabric out). But Kenisha`s look was well thought out, and suited her complexion and frame perfectly.
Hope next year we get it right.

The best for me were Kenisha, Wendy and Valene -if we are talking about how they looked onstage. I am sorry-Maggie looked good for the prelim but for the final the hair was a mess, the make-up and accessories were off and why the heck was she pulling a length of fabric that was like 12 ft on the floor long?-It was a bit too much in 2005 (althought I still think it is the best design I have seen at MU from a MT&T; Valene had the best EG for a MT&TW thus far-can't wait to see what Gabby will be wearing).

In the past 4 years, two ladies come to mind, Valene and Danielle... Both looked great on the final night on their respective stage. They were pleasant surprises for me since I did not see their final night dresses until they were called among the top 15.

For me if I had to choose the gown that was the best cobination of stage gown and competition gown-it would be Valene's gown last year-I have not seen anything from any other designer that comes close in the last decade. Danielle's gown for the final was actually an EG from one of the delegates at the local pageant. Remember Danielle was the "transition" delegate where the CCN group was handing over the franchise to PE&A-they had designed an orange disaster that Danielle wore at the prelims then Peter Elias and Associates told her to change it because it was a mess onstage-the rest they say is history. Danielle, though not one of my favorite MT&Ts had one of the most competitive bodies and yes, I believe the boob job helped her to make top 5.

Yes as for MW, Valene is definitely tops. She looked amazing from head to toe. Perfection!
Another gown I really liked was Nasma`s. It was a good design, and it fit nicely..I think it would have looked so amazzzinggg on someone else.

...Nasma was just clapper material from the start. Rhian Vialva should have been MT&TU that year. What a waste of beauty!

I thought I was the only person who felt Rhian should have won that year. Nasma just did not have what it takes at all (she looks much better now than she did when she represented us).

and then still decided to crown Nasma. It's a freakin' beauty pageant. All these passive Trinis like to come on here and reprimand me when I say that beauty should carry the the most weight at the local level and say "we prefer a lady who is intelligent," etc. I would personally like to know then if all the beautiful ladies in their family have stink attitudes and are stupid? Was Wendy dunce? Did Valene not know her right foot from her left hand? I tell you, if PE&A had the stinkin' thinikin' of these ridiculous Trinis who will never lift a hand to assist PE&A if given the opportunity, we would not have had the type of success we have seen since 2003. All scores in the SS and EG round should choose the finalists and be carried over to the interview round. We need to crown ladies who we believe would be the best at the international level not those who give the most intelligent answer at the local pageant.

Ahh, she is a south girl like me. you know i have to admit...at that time, and I dont think she was ready yet in terms of her personal development and level of maturity. However I think NOW is her time, she is soooo ready for the international stage! and she has such a great catwalk....what a waste.

...none of the other 11 delegates apart from Rhian would have ever been ready to compete realistically for a top 10/15 spot at MU-they just did not have what it takes. At the end of it all Rhian would had had at least 3-4 months (although I think it would have been 7-8 monts) to be trained and groomed if she was the MT&TU winner and we would have all thought she was in the running for a semi-finalist spot-the other 11 clapperss-so yes, she was WASTED big time!
