It barks all day and all night. His owners are never home and so they just bark and bark and bark and NEVER stop. I have called the police, left notes on the door, blah blah blah and nothing helped. About two weeks ago I had enough and decided to take matters into my own hands. I didn't want to do anything to hurt the dog because God knows they have more rights than people and I didn't want to go to prison. My brother runs a farm about 10 miles from my house so I decided to drive my truck down and fill it up with cow crap. When I got home I threw mounds and mounds and mounds of the crap over the fence into the neighbor's yard so that it looked like the dog had crapped all over the place. I then sat back and watched the flies take over. The next day early in the morning I heard yelling going on and ran outside, peeped threw the hole in the fence and saw the neighbors in their jamies cleaning up all the crap and trying to kill all of the flies.
