Howdy Clarence;

There are two ways to go. One is to request a replacement set of medals from the U.S. Government (see http://usmilitary.about.com/od/medalsanddecs/a/decreplacement.htm for particulars). Note: this request can only be made by the veteran him or herself if still alive or by the veteran's next-of-kin if deceased.

The other method is to simply purchase a Purple Heart from a commercial source. This method must be used in the case of the Vietnam Campaign Medal with "1960 -" device because it is a foreign award issued by a now defunct government. All medals may be purchased this way with the sole exception of the Medal of Honor because it is illegal to sell, transfer, or reproduce it.
