Subject: P.O.W. - M.I.A. Bracelet

I have two bracelets that I wore for two soldiers who served in the Vietnam War. I have been on a mission since uncovering these bracelets in a "memory" box several months ago. I have been able to verify information on these soldiers on-line. I have a vivid memory of witnessing one soldier step off the plane when he returned in 1973. I did not see the other soldier that day and have recently found on-line information stating his status as "XX - Presumption Finding of Death". After all these years, my heart surely sank when I confirmed this fact and find myself mourning my loss of him today. My objective is to return these bracelets to the appropriate person and/or family member. Is this the right thing to do? I'm nervous over the prospect of how to locate someone to complete this venture because there are people who may take advantage of this situation. Need advice and am happy to be able to at least share my story on this site. Thanks for listening.
