Ike ~ The roster number you're referring is normally listed on the Daily Logs for a WIA/KIA soldier, rather than typing in his full name. Jeff's right, you need to get the actual rosters (morning reports) for your Company to match them up. Go to: http://www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-personnel/morning-reports-and-unit-rosters.html which gives details about these listings and how to get them.
