Dawn, I found my Lt. Cmdr (LT. Cdmr. Rosenquist) just a few years ago. I worked under her at Great Lakes Naval Hospital during 1967 before I shipped out to Vietnam. When I was just beginning working there on 7 South Neurology and Neurosurgy, we received word that Larry W. Knight, A Senior Corpsman just before my starting was killed in action on his first day in Vietnam. That was June 1, 1967.
All the Nurses, Corpsmen and Doctors who had worked with him took his death very hard. LT. Cdmr. Rosenquist kept up a brave front for all us new Corpsmen going through our Hospital duty. If you would like to contact her, then send me an email and I will forward it on to her to respond to.
I am very protective towards her and if you do want to get in touch with her you will have to go through me. If she does respond to your inquery, she would be able to assist you in contacting other Nurses who she had worked with.
