It amazes me how this country can raise this much money for flood victims half way across the world who didn't neccessarily like us in the first place. But forgotten is the soldiers families who sacrificed all in Iraq and Afghanastan. Sometimes the soldier himself is forgotten it seems. But if bigwigs, entertainers and athletes can donate this much money, why don't they do it for the Soldier? It would be a pittance of what is given to the Tsunami disaster. I'm especially referring to the Guardsmen and Reservists families, who have given up good wages, good jobs and do something they were never designed to do. Fight a War. Their wives and children are left with the flag and a tombstone. America owes them more than that, or there wouldn't be any benefits and big money for Tsunami victims. No one ever considers America, except the Soldier.
