Jim, that sounds good on paper, but defies the facts and reality as we know it. Today, North Korea flaunted their nukes in our face. They did so because we are currently engaged and still outraged as an axis of evil, which they are. Iran is doing the same thing. Lest we forget, the country and man we went after, had none, period. Yet we are tied up with that decision at present. What kind of danger did Iraq really present the US and world at point of attack? A southern and northern no fly zone, a defeated and ill equipted military, and constant surveillance from ground and air. He had no air force.

There's an old boxing theory that this countries leaders forgot about. If you're the champ, and you take on a weak challenger, you better finish him quickly in the first two rounds. If he stays around for 10 and you have dificulty, then every nickle and dime bum in every gym is watching and they'll want their turn for the throne. Feared no more. Lessons forgotten by men who forgot history.
