Officially, your uncle's name is listed as "Sun Thomas Lee Little". I don't think that anyone here has enough clout with the U.S. Government to force everybody to change the name to "Thomas Lee LittleSun". In order to do that you will have to go to federal court and prove your case with legal documents like a birth certificate, etc. Even if you prevail, changing all the records and re-chiseling his name on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall would be a major pain-in-the-butt. My advice would be to let it go as it sits. You can always correct the name if anyone inquires about it.
