Subject: I Never Felt by Patrick Camunes

I can't even imagine what you had gone through...it is great that you have served and are still alive to tell your stories...i wonder how many times the men thought about how they were going to tell their war stories or how they were going to explain how horrible the war was before they died...then the men that died have no way of telling their stories so we haven't heard their sides. I can't even imagine what you were thinking when they told you to ambush when there was a 15 year old girl that you were supposed to be killing. That must have been extremely horrible. "I never felt . . . I could take a life . . . until a 15 year old VC girl crossed my path. BLOW IT!... BLOW IT!... The orders came down, The AMBUSH . . . You MUST BLOW It!" I am truly grateful of everthing that you had done and everything you have accomplished during the vietnam war. I am thanking you with all my heart...you are truly amazing
