This isn't to anyone in particular. Just 2 cents worth of my own opinion.

Anyone who holds a soldier accountable for words he says to a military crowd IS the enemy. Yes, not only the enemy of the military, but of ALL the people. And me in particular.

Sheesh! If what the general said is the ONLY thing the media (and yes, it is a LIBERAL media we're talking about) can pounce on there is something rotten in Denmark. I don't know him personally, but the man seems to have a rather sterling career, you don't make top brass without doing some things right!

Does anybody agree that the LIBERAL media is straining at gnats?

Does the LIBERAL media need to get the timber logs out of their own eyes before looking for the sliver in the general's eyes?

The LIBERAL media is always looking for a negative slant. How many good people are written up daily in the news on page one? Take it from me, a hero is soon forgotten and a scoundrel or some "dirt" on someone will always make the headlines. I'm a bit sick of those sicko LIBERAL media types with their "holier than thou" attitudes toward our military. They should be kissing the general's feet and thanking him for his outstanding service instead of climbing all over him.

Where is proportion? Where is fairness? It certainly doensn't get reported in today's LIBERAL media.

Semper fi,
