Howdy Daisy and Bruce;

I don't know how you do it, Bruce. You must have access to the Coffelt KIA Database which I'm currently trying to acquire (I'm still waiting for Microsoft Excel to arrive).

Daisy--the 18th Aviation Company ("Otters") was a fixed-wing outfit (Caribous). Their motto was "Low, Slow, Reliable". I had assumed that the 1st Aviation Brigade was all helicopters, but I goofed on this one. If you type "18th Aviation Company" into a search engine, you will come up with several websites dedicated to that unit including:

http://www.18thaviationcompany.com/

http://www.oldwarrior.com/History/NL21HIST.htm

http://www.otter-caribou.org/members/

The last one is the Army Otter Caribou Association and is bound to have some members who knew George Di Angelis. Of course, both Bruce and myself are assuming that George and SP4 Romeo were in the same outfit. Is this true?
