I am raising a single peachick in my home for the purpose of being a pet and accompanying me to the renaissance faire next year. So far, so good. The breeder has been incredibly helpful by answering all my questions. Leonardo is doing very well and will let me pick him up from his cage and walk around with him and pet him. I think he is aout 8 weeks old now. We even take him to petsmart with us once a week to socialize him. I generally handle him one to three times a day and will perch him on the back of a chair with an old sheet wrapped around it to catch messes while i am on the computer. He generally just goes to sleep. I say HE hopefully because i really need him to be a male for full effect and I cant really tell what he is yet. Could anyone possibly identify the "neck pattern" from pictures? It is a black shoulder. Catharine
